Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 1-6 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CUSTOM ORDERS - ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. If there is a problem with your customer order such as something is broken and needs to be fixed or corrected please contact me to discuss it further.

In some cases, custom orders will require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total order and final payment must be received before shipping. You will receive communication and photos so that you may see your custom piece in process and changes may be made accordingly.

The non-refundable deposit is to recoup any cost, time and effort spent on a custom piece and in the event that the buyer decided to cancel the order.
Sizing details
All sizes are clearly listed on each listing. If there is a discrepancy in the size of flower or item you ordered please contact me first. I will do my best to correct the situation if the need arises.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available. Just email me with the details.
I will do my best to ensure that I can make your gift look extra special!

Gift wrapping fees may apply especially during peak season times, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. Please take this into consideration when requesting gift wrapping.
Wholesale availability
DISCOUNTS - Discounts are offered on Wholesale orders of $250.00 or more only.

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in a wholesale order. I will do my best to accommodate you and your needs for a wholesale order.
Custom Order Listings Request And Rush Orders -
CUSTOM ORDERS- If you have requested a custom order -Please pay for your custom order within 24 hours. It helps to ensure timely delivery.

If you want your order RUSHED - Please contact me. There is time consideration, shipping upgrades and quantity of the order to consider before an order can be rushed. I would love to rush every order but- each order is handmade and you can't rush quality!
Fabric Colors
Please be aware that the fabric I use comes from a manufacturer and that dye lots can vary based on a lot or bolt that I receive from the manufacturer. Which means that sometimes the lot can be darker or lighter in nature. So if you ordered a flower last week and you loved it and decided to order another flower the following week that flower could be a lighter or darker shade.
